A little about our recent retreat in December 2023
We were able to indulge in Chef Jan's delicious whole food cuisine & experience her passion for food, take part in a fabulous sound healing immersion from the gentle kind soul- Matty from Sound Healing Australia, and let go of our inhibitions around our creativity for art with a Paint n Sip workshop from Mimi at Meraki Creations, along with some little gentle daily beach walks to allow the salt water and sand to do it's natural healing from mother earth, and last of all I am so proud of everyone for showing up daily for Yoga and Meditation, despite ailments, illnesses, or injuries. Especially there were a few ladies with knee, feet and leg challenges. We worked around that with ease and grace by a mix of chair and floor Yoga. The ladies got an incredible insight into how Medical Intuition works, and how our thoughts create our physical ailments or real life experiences. Everyone had a go at journalling, we did a reverse bucket list...

Our group was filled with kind-hearted and like-minded individuals, which made for an incredible sense of community and connection.
We shared stories, laughed, and learned from each other throughout our time together.
