What is your refund policy for retreats and events?

Accepted Answer

For Retreats, we require at least 3 months' notice if you wish to cancel. If you cancel within 3 months, no refunds will be provided. However, if you cancel with more than 3 months' notice, you will receive a refund minus an admin service fee.

For Other Events  and Workshop, we require at least 1 month notice if you wish to cancel. If you cancel within 1 month, no refunds will be provided. However, if you cancel with more than 1 month notice, you will receive a refund minus an admin service fee.

Do you recommend travel insurance for retreats?

Yes, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when booking a retreat. This protects you in case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, border closures, or travel interruptions.
